SHIPPING POLICY

I'm a small, artist-run shop, and every order is packed with care before it makes its way to you.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase.
Original artwork and handmade pieces may occasionally require additional processing time. If your order will take longer than expected, I'll do my best to keep you updated.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within the United States using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are determined by the shipping carrier. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, carrier issues. or other circumstances outside of Savannah Banana Art's control.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Savannah Banana Art is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible through savannah.banana.artt@gmail.com. I'll do my best to correct it before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me and I'll do my best to help you located it.
Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Savannah Banana Art is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and included your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
