Refund policy

Thank you for supporting SavannahBananaArt!

Because many of my pieces are handmade, made to order, or one-of-a-kind, I want to make sure every purchase is understood before it makes its way to you. 

RETURNS 

Original artwork, prints, and handmade items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or you recieve the wrong item. 

If you have an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at savannah.banana.artt@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. I'll work with you to determine the best solution.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS 

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. 

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable 

If the issue is confirmed, I may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depedning on the circumstances and availability of the item. 

REFUNDS 

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider a few business days to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable. 

CANCELLATIONS 

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been shipped or begun production.

After that time, cancellations may not be possible. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Savannah Banana Art is not Responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact me and I'll do my best to help you work with the carrier to locate it.
